Compression Leggings Size Finder: 5 Brands, One Set of Measurements

Built by the Shape & Support editorial team from each brand's own published size chart, checked 7 October 2026. Informational only; not medical advice. We earn a commission if you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you.

Every compression brand sizes differently: some by ankle and calf, some by height and weight. Measure once in the morning, enter your numbers below, and see your size in five brands side by side, including which ones simply don't go large enough.

    Find your size

Measure in the morning with a soft tape. If your legs differ, measure the fuller one. Fill in what you can; more measurements give a more reliable answer.

How far each brand's sizes go

The largest ready-made size each brand publishes for these leggings and tights, taken from the brands' own charts on 7 October 2026. "Not published" means the brand doesn't size by that measurement.

How to measure for compression leggings

CzSalus also makes shorter-leg versions of its lipedema leggings for heights from 145 cm; the size finder suggests them when you enter your height.

Measure in the morning. Legs swell as the day goes on, and a garment sized on evening measurements will be too loose by the next morning. JOBST and Rejuva both say this in their sizing instructions.

Measure each leg. JOBST asks for each leg to be measured independently and CzSalus asks for left and right calf and thigh separately. If they differ, size by the fuller leg.

Go by the body point, not the letter. On Rejuva's chart A is the ankle; on the CzSalus chart A is the calf. SIGVARIS uses A to D as size names. Read what each letter refers to before you compare.

Know which measurement decides. Brands that size by circumference start at the ankle, where graduated compression is strongest. Brands that use a height and weight grid assume average proportions, so treat that answer as a starting point if your legs are fuller or slimmer than average.

    When ready-made sizes stop working

If your calf or thigh is well above what your ankle size allows, or your measurements point to sizes two or more apart, ready-made leggings will be tight in one place and loose in another. This pattern is common with lipedema, where the legs carry more volume than the ankles and feet.

In that case, CzSalus's wider leg ranges are worth checking first, and made-to-measure flat-knit garments are the next step. A certified compression fitter or your clinician can measure you and advise on the right compression class. Our guide to plus-size compression leggings for lipedema covers the options in more detail.

    Method and sources

Every size range in this tool is transcribed from the manufacturer's own chart, not from retailer copies or reviews. Where a brand publishes centimetres we use them as the master values; inches are converted at 2.54 cm. Charts change, so we record the date we checked them. If a brand's listing shows different numbers from ours, trust the listing and let us know through our contact page.
